Palm Bay International, a leading importer of wines and spirits, is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst in NYC. You will support data strategy, build capabilities, and craft executive summaries to align cross‑department goals and drive profitability.

Responsibilities include reporting, KPI dashboards, and analysis of sales data across internal and syndicated sources to inform brand and sales strategies. A 5+ year background in alcohol analytics and strong Excel/PowerBI skills are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years as sales analyst or category insights in alcohol/beverage.
• VIP, IDig, Karma and Circana experience preferred.
• Excel expert in data management, reporting and analysis.
• Experience with PowerBI, PowerQuery, Excel VBA and relational databases a plus.
• Ability to derive insights from syndicated data and communicate them clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and multi-tasking.

Responsabilidades

• Administer reports, goals, and account management across sales systems.
• Work with Circana data to generate insights for brand and sales teams.
• Create KPI scorecards by category and brand using internal and syndicated data.
• Analyze shipments, depletion, sell-through, and inventory positions.
• Report on display penetration and ad execution with distributor data.
• Drive shelf-set standards in collaboration with brand teams.
• Provide insights and tools to business groups and departments.
• Support budget and forecast processes including long-range planning.
• Consolidate reports from internal and external sources for brand alignment.
