• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Wines and Spirits industry experience a plus.
• Strong SAP knowledge.
• Extremely organized; able to work independently with limited direction.

Responsabilités

• Billing, including uploads and conversions for timely invoicing.
• Review product transactions, coding, and pricing to identify issues and coordinate with Operations to resolve.
• Assist Inventory Accounting Manager with monthly/quarterly close schedules and analyses.
• Prepare and deliver monthly inventory reconciliations and related schedules.
• Assist with ad hoc invoicing and analyses as needed.
• Support system updates and training; communicate changes and impact to management.
