Job summary

Paradies Lagardère, an award-winning airport concessionaire, seeks friendly hospitality professionals for our Vino Volo and other concepts at the Dulles-area location. You will greet guests, take orders, and share menu knowledge to drive guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include processing POS transactions, maintaining a clean bar, upholding safety and responsible service of alcohol, and collaborating with a team to deliver outstanding experiences.

Qualifications

• Warm greeting, information about menu items, and opportunities for upselling.
• Wine knowledge including flavor profiles and talking points of current list with pricing guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Process all point of sale transactions in a quick, efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and assist in stock work and cleanup.
• Engage guests in a friendly and professional manner to build guest loyalty and enhance selling skills.
• Support other bar areas as requested, such as seating customers and answering phones.
