Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking friendly, customer-focused staff for its wine-bar concepts in airports. You will take orders, share wine knowledge, and help guests choose items while delivering fast, accurate service.

Role includes processing POS transactions, upselling beverages and foods, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Training and opportunities for growth are provided in a dynamic travel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take drink and food orders.
• Provide information on menu items and wine list.
• Process orders quickly at the point of sale.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and assist with stock.
• Support other bar areas as needed and ensure guest satisfaction.

• Maintain a clean organized work environment
• Support other areas of the bar as requested, such as seating customers, answering telephones, stock work, cleanup, and documentation.
• Respond appropriately to guest concerns
• Maintain current adult beverage certification. Ensure responsible service of alcohol.
