Job summary

Paradies Lagardère at Dulles International Airport is hiring for Vino Volo to deliver wine-focused service in a fast-paced retail and dining environment. This position is part-time and on-site, offering flexible hours and opportunities to develop guest-relations and sales skills.

As a team member, you will greet guests, share wine knowledge, process orders at the POS, maintain a clean bar area, and uphold safety standards. Vaccination will be required by hire date where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take drink and food orders, provide information about menu items and look for opportunities for additional sales.
• Engage guests in a friendly and professional manner to create a lasting impression.
• Maintain wine knowledge including flavor profiles and talking points of current list and pricing guidelines.
• Process all POS transactions quickly and efficiently.
• Build guest loyalty and enhance selling skills through training materials.
• Work with colleagues and management to ensure the best guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and assist with seating, phones, stock, cleanup, and documentation.
• Respond appropriately to guest concerns.
• Maintain current adult beverage certification and ensure responsible service of alcohol.
