City Winery in Nashville is seeking an energetic Server to deliver consistently exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, wine-forward venue. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, handle transactions, and proactively upsell during service while promoting our brand and events.

Formación

• 2+ years’ experience as a Server in fast-paced restaurant settings.
• Strong work ethic and exceptional guest service skills.
• Able to deliver high-quality guest experiences consistently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• English literacy and basic mathematics for POS operations.
• Able to navigate a loud, busy venue.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle transactions.
• Upsell and promote promotions and events to guests.
• Maintain brand standards and a clean, organized service area.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and side-work as needed.
• Provide knowledge of the City Winery menu and allergens to guests.
• Ensure cash drawer accuracy and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Follow Steps of Service and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
