City Winery Pittsburgh is seeking an experienced Server to deliver consistently exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic mix of winery, concert venue, and restaurant settings. This role requires strong guest service, menu knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will take orders, serve food and beverages, upsell, handle transactions, and maintain brand standards while thriving in a guest-centric atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a Server in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Able to read and use a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, converse, and thank departing guests.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, handle transactions, and support guest service needs.
• Upsell, drive promotions and events, promote our brand.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety, follow health regulations and brand standards.
• Know the menu, ingredients, and allergens; communicate this to guests.
