You will upsell, provide accurate information on offerings, handle transactions, and maintain a spotless bar. The role requires 2+ years of experience, strong hospitality skills, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ bartender experience in fast-paced, high-volume service.
• Strong work ethic, team player, and guest service skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality guest experiences and upsell.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a loud venue environment.
• Fluency in English reading/writing and basic math for POS.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Physical ability to stand/walk, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive guest experience from greeting to farewell.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, handle transactions.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Upsell and promote events and City Winery brand.
• Perform opening and closing duties and maintain area.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, ingredients, allergens.
• Ensure bar supplies and inventory are readily available.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of bar and work areas.
• Attend trainings and follow company policies.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
