Job summary

Huneeus Wines seeks a Visitor Center Host for Faust Haus to educate guests, share our story, and invite wine purchases and membership sign-ups. You will greet guests, host estate visits, and manage guest experiences from setup to breakdown.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in sales/hospitality with wine knowledge; must be 21+, able to stand/walk, and comfortable using CRM and POS systems. This is a full-time on-site role with benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales/hospitality experience with a background in customer services, wine education, wine sales, hotel/concierge, and/or wine club.
• Available to work nights, weekends and some holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Role involves extensive sitting, standing and walking.
• Experience with CRM and POS systems.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• POS/CRM systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience - Host our guests for an educational and memorable visit to our estate.
• Guest Engagement - Build meaningful relationships with Faust Haus members and guests.
• Membership and wine sales - Drive sales and sign-ups.
• Create and maintain a guest-oriented environment focused on loyalty.
• Deploy wine knowledge to educate guests and build rapport.
• Input orders and keep guest notes via CRM.
• Host VIP experiences and offsite events.
