Tasting & Tap Room Expo seeks a personable, wine-savvy guest experience advocate to join our winery team. You will elevate the guest journey, build lasting relationships, and support events, emails, and shipping tasks with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing hospitality.
• Ability to manage event-related activities.
• Experience handling emails, calls, and texts.
• 21+ years old and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests at events and winery experiences.
• Enter orders accurately in POS and handle shipping.
• Respond promptly to winery member inquiries.
• Assist with marketing collateral and social content.

• Must be willing to work weekends
• Must be flexible: We are a small team, so the responsibilities of this position are somewhat fluid and can change as events around us change
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid drivers license and be insurable under the company auto insurance policy
