Job summary

Faust Wines is seeking a Full-time Tasting Room Host in St. Helena, CA. You will greet guests, educate them on our winemaking story, and invite membership sign-ups while supporting wine sales.

The position involves hosting educational estate experiences, engaging guests, and coordinating events with CRM/POS tools. Availability nights, weekends and some holidays is required; must be 21+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Two – five years of sales/hospitality experience with a background in customer services, wine education, wine sales, hotel/concierge, and or wine club.
• Available to work nights, weekends and some holidays and have a flexible schedule.
• Role includes extensive sitting, standing, and walking.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Preliminary wine, winemaking, and viticulture knowledge.
• Experience with CRM and POS systems.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and host them throughout their estate experience.
• Educate guests about Faust wines and our winemaking philosophy.
• Promote membership sign-ups and wine sales.
• Input orders and maintain guest notes through CRM.
• Set up and break down experiences and assist with inventory as needed.
