Job summary

Huneeus Wines LLC is seeking a Full-Time Tasting Room Host in St. Helena, CA. You will greet guests upon arrival, guide them through our estate experiences, and share narratives about Faust and our winemaking heritage.

You will engage guests, promote membership and wine sales, manage orders in our CRM, and support set-up and breakdown of experiences. This role offers benefits from the first of the month and opportunities to host VIP events and large groups.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of sales/hospitality experience.
• Available to work nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Experience with CRM and POS systems.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preliminary wine, wine knowledge and viticulture knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and host estate visits.
• Educate guests about winemaking and viticulture.
• Promote membership and wine sales.
• Input orders and maintain guest notes in CRM.
• Set up and breakdown of experiences.
• Host large groups and VIP experiences.
