Troon Vineyard, a Biodynamic® winery in the Applegate Valley, invites hospitality professionals to join a dynamic team. We offer part-time, full-time and seasonal roles focused on wine sales, tastings and guest experiences.

As a member of our team you will educate guests on our wines, help grow our club memberships, and tailor each visit to create a memorable wine experience while upholding Biodynamic principles.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability—Saturdays and Sundays required.
• Be over 21 years of age.
• OLCC permit or ability to acquire one.
• Food Handler's permit or ability to acquire one.
• Google Suite, reservation systems, and POS proficiency.
• Able to lift 45 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Hosting tastings with high customer service and education on wines and Biodynamic journey.
• Initiating sales and sign-ups for club memberships.
• Customizing each guest experience to be unique.
• Conducting outreach to build referral relationships with hospitality partners.
• Processing orders with attention to detail.
• Opening and closing procedures for sales systems.
• Housekeeping tasks including inventory, stocking, cleaning, and organizing.
• Taking on new tasks as they arise.
