St. Francis Winery & Vineyards is seeking a part-time Wine Educator to create elevated guest experiences via tasting formats, storytelling, and personalized service.

You will promote club memberships, drive wine purchases, and contribute to a luxury hospitality atmosphere at our Sonoma Valley winery. Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in high-end hospitality, wine, or sales, with a passion for sustainability and a readiness to work weekends and occasional evenings.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in high-end hospitality, wine or sales.
• Strong hospitality mindset with a guest-centric approach.
• Willingness to work weekends and occasional evenings.

Responsibilities

• Host guests in tasting formats including the tasting bar and seated experiences.
• Deliver personalized experiences to exceed guest expectations and build loyalty.
• Promote wine club memberships and exclusive releases.
• Meet and exceed daily sales goals through story-led selling.
• Educate guests on sustainable winemaking and our philosophy.
