Job summary

Sixty Vines in Reston, VA, known for chef-driven menus inspired by wine country and open-scratch cooking, is seeking friendly team players for bussing and food-running roles. You will greet guests, maintain stations, and support servers while upholding high standards of service and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read English.
• Stand for long periods; lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute tasks; use a tray for service.
• Maintain current Food Handler's Certification and TABC certification; follow sanitation procedures and alcohol service regulations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with guests and coworkers in a positive, friendly, and hospitable manner.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work.
• Follow uniform guidelines (ironed shirt, black apron, wrinkle-free pants, slip‑resistant shoes, black socks) and grooming standards.
• Assemble/disassemble workstation promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of station; stock and replenish; ensure adequate ice for drinks.
• Observe state and federal laws regarding food and alcohol service; maintain current certifications.
• Deliver food orders accurately and place/remove items at tables; bus and manicure tables.
• Polish silverware and glassware; communicate questions or concerns to management.
• Report equipment issues; follow safety guidelines.
