Job summary

Sixty Vines is seeking a service-oriented team member to support bussing, food running, and guest services in a fast-paced environment. You will maintain station cleanliness, stock supplies, and assist servers and bartenders to ensure guests receive accurate orders and timely service.

The role requires reading English, the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs, and valid Food Handler's and TABC certifications. We offer flexible schedules and benefits after a probationary period.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read English.
• Stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and TABC certification; follow sanitation procedures and alcohol service regulations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with guests and coworkers in a positive, friendly, and hospitable manner.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work.
• Follow uniform guidelines and professional grooming standards.
• Assemble/disassemble workstation promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of station and stock supplies; keep ice levels adequate for drinks.
• Observe all state and federal laws regarding food and alcohol service, including current Certifications.
• Deliver food orders accurately and place/remove items at tables.
• Polish silverware and glassware and assist in operations and guest questions.
• Report equipment issues to supervisor and follow safety guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with coworkers and management to ensure smooth service.
