Job summary

Hader Solutions is seeking a District Manager to oversee a portfolio of wines within a designated territory, building relationships across the three-tier system and training distributor personnel to grow brand presence.

You will conduct brand presentations, activations, and business reviews; collaborate with distributors to meet sales targets; monitor inventory levels; and identify new account opportunities. Travel within the territory and to Italy or headquarters is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of wine sales experience.
• Passion for wine, especially Italian varieties.
• Willing to travel within territory and to Italy or HQ.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 35 lbs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct brand presentations and event activations.
• Partner with distributors to meet sales targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify new accounts.
• Perform market activities, sales calls, and consumer events like wine festivals.
