Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Food Expeditor, Runner, Server or Wait Staff
• Able to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety practices
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests and assist with requests
• Greet and escort customers to their tables and initiate order flow
• Prepare tables with linens, placemats, silverware and glasses
• Deliver ordered food and drinks to tables from expediting station
• Maintain cleanliness of dishes and kitchenware and report quality issues
• Understand the menu to answer customer questions
• Follow health department regulations
• Stock inventory as needed
