Job summary

McEvoy Ranch LLC is seeking a Food & Beverage Expeditor to support our fast-paced retail and hospitality teams. The role focuses on prep, plating, tastings, and brand ambassador duties in a beautiful Petaluma setting.

The position requires 1-2 years of related experience and certifications (RBS/ServSafe) or willingness to obtain. Expect weekend work on Fridays through Sundays with additional weekday shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of related experience in a retail, service, restaurant, body care, or food & wine environment.
• RBS and ServSafe certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prep and plate culinary tastings, olive oil and wine tastings, beverages.
• Adhere to safety protocols with the Tasting Room Manager to meet health department regulations.
• Set up, clean, sanitize, and maintain the kitchen prep space.
• Keep prep area clean and ready for service.
• Wash and sanitize all kitchen prep items, including dishware and glasses.
• Support end-of-day tasks such as restocking supplies.
