Job summary

Sixty Vines in Nashville is hiring bartenders to deliver guest-focused service in a fast-paced, wine-forward environment. You will craft cocktails, manage drink ingredients, and ensure courteous, knowledgeable service while maintaining cleanliness and high standards.

Responsibilities include punctual shifts, proper uniform, cash handling, and assisting guests with menu questions. Certifications in food safety and alcohol service are required, with opportunities for ongoing training and

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Stand for long periods of time be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification; practice proper sanitation procedures and follow regulations regarding alcohol sale and service.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work.
• Proper uniform should be always worn while in work areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of the entire bar during shift.
• Prepare all drinks, garnishes, mixers, etc. according to the proper procedure recipe.
• Handle all cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Execute proper food delivery, placement, and removal at all tables.
• Pre-bus and manicure tables throughout the restaurant, not only in your station.
• Communicate any questions or issues to the management team promptly.
• Communicate and work together with coworkers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
• Perform appropriate opening and closing duties, including disassembling, cleaning, and sanitizing workstations after every shift.
• Set up the team for the next shift for success.
• Practice proper sanitation procedures and follow regulations regarding alcohol sales and service.
• Participate in continuing education courses available to you.
• Maintain beverage inventory and restock the Service Bar.
