Job summary

Sixty Vines is seeking service bartenders to prepare and deliver drinks in a fast-paced, wine country-inspired setting. You will help the wait staff, ensure timely service, and maintain a clean, well-stocked bar.

Qualified candidates read and understand tickets, lift up to 50 lbs, and hold a current Food Handler's Certification. Flexible schedules and benefits are advertised, with quarterly wine country trips for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand tickets as they come through.
• Stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and practice proper sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work.
• Proper uniform should be worn at all times while in work areas.
• Assemble/dismantle work station promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of station during shift.
• Prepare all drinks, garnishes, mixers, syrups, etc. according to the proper procedure recipe.
• Bus tables, and assist with dining room operations by tending to guests' needs.
• Maintain beverage inventory and restock the service bar with liquor, beer, wine, soft drinks, mixers, fruit, and equipment.
• Replace beer kegs and maintain spills logs.
• Empty all service bar trash and keep equipment clean.
• Communicate with coworkers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Follow management instructions and read tickets including menu items and modifications.
• Sweep and mop bar floors.
