Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must read and understand tickets as they come through.
• Stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Proper knife use and handling of bar equipment.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Prepare drinks, garnishes, mixers, and syrups according to recipes.
• Bus tables and assist with dining room operation to serve guests.
• Maintain inventory and restock bar with liquor, beer, wine, and mixers.
• Ensure cleanliness of station and equipment; report issues to supervisor.
• Read tickets accurately and ensure proper service and timing.
