Job summary

Sixty Vines in Plano, TX is seeking service bartenders to prepare and deliver drinks per recipes, assist wait staff, and keep the bar area clean. You will work in a fast-paced, team environment to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements include a High School diploma, ability to lift 50 lbs, read tickets, food handler certification, and flexible schedules. We offer benefits after 90 days, quarterly wine country trips, and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must read and understand tickets as they come through.
• Stand for long periods and lift at least 50 lbs.
• Properly use a knife and other equipment required for tasks.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work.
• Keep a neat uniform and work station.
• Prepare drinks, garnishes, mixers, and syrups following recipes.
• Bus tables and assist staff to deliver beverages and food.
• Restock the bar and maintain inventory and cleanliness.
