Job summary

Sixty Vines is seeking Back / Service Bartenders to prepare and deliver drinks and beverages for the wait staff, following established recipes, quality and time standards, while maintaining a clean work area; assist the wait staff and bus tables to ensure efficient dining room operation.

Responsibilities include interacting with guests, arriving on time, maintaining uniform, assembling/dismantling stations, documenting inventory, and ensuring proper sanitation and ticket-reading practices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read and understand tickets.
• Stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and practice proper sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work.
• Proper uniform should be worn at all times.
• Assemble/dismantle work station promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of station during shift.
• Prepare all drinks, garnishes, mixers, syrups, etc. according to the proper procedure recipe.
• Bus tables, deliver beverage orders, and assist with dining room operations as needed.
• Maintain beverage inventory at proper serving temperatures and restock the service bar.
• Maintain ice levels for drink preparation and wash/restock glassware.
• Replace beer kegs and record spills/complimentary items.
• Empty service bar trash and report equipment issues to supervisor.
• Communicate with coworkers and management as a team.
• Follow management instructions and read tickets and modifications.
