Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking a friendly Server to guide guests through food, wine, and our Wine Club with confidence and care. You will contribute to a warm, team-based service that creates memorable experiences for every guest.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age with six months of server experience.
• Experience in full service or upscale casual dining preferred.
• Comfort speaking about food, wine, and our Wine Club program.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for up to 10 hours.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time in proper uniform standards and show up ready to work.
• Know the menu, wine list, and steps of service; use the POS system accurately.
• Understand the benefits of Cooper’s Hawk Wine Club and its offerings.
• Follow departmental checklists and standard operating procedures to keep areas prepared.
• Take initiative to support guest experience and help the team stay coordinated.
