You will help create memorable experiences via warm, team-based service and thoughtful conversation, contributing to the overall guest journey from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age with six months of server experience.
• Experience in full service or upscale casual dining preferred.
• Comfort speaking about food, wine, and the Wine Club program.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced setting.
• Lift up to 40 pounds and be able to stand for long shifts.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time in proper uniform and prepare for service.
• Know the menu, wine list, and steps of service.
• Use the POS system and handle payments with accuracy.
• Explain the Wine Club benefits and offerings to guests.
• Follow SOPs to maintain clean prep and service areas.
• Serve guests with warmth, speed, and attention to detail.
