Job summary

Napa Valley Wine Train, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Membership Coordinator to lead the wine club team, ensure an outstanding member experience, and grow wine sales. This hybrid role spans service environments including retail/photo/cafe spaces and requires strong hospitality skills.

Two years in wine memberships or customer service, knowledge of wine, and club management systems are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in a wine membership or customer service role.
• Knowledge of wine and Direct to Consumer sales practices.
• Familiarity with wine club management systems (C7 a plus).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills; written and verbal.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must have a valid CA driver's license and be 21 or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NVWT wine club team delivering exceptional member experience.
• Drive wine sales and wine club retention for long-term relationships.
• Hybrid role may also support retail/photo/cafe space as needed.
