Noble House Hotels & Resorts seeks a Wine Sales Associate for the Napa Valley Wine Train, a luxury Napa experience. This seasonal role offers part-time or full-time schedules, ideal for someone who loves guest service, retail, and photography.

You’ll greet guests, drive wine and merchandise sales, operate photo printing equipment, and create memorable memories. Photography is a core part of the role, with weekend/evening shifts during peak season.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Availability to work weekends is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Photography experience is strongly preferred.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and a passion for guest experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Seasonal: part-time or full-time schedule during the operating season.

Responsibilities

• Photograph guests and capture memorable moments during their Wine Train visit.
• Provide a friendly, professional photography experience.
• Operate digital photo printing equipment and process photo orders accurately.
• Assist guests with photo selections and purchases.
• Maintain photo equipment, organize supplies, and restock printing materials as needed.
• Drive wine and merchandise sales through exceptional customer service.
• Process sales transactions accurately using a POS system.
• Price, ticket, stock, and replenish merchandise and displays.
• Prepare and serve beverages while operating the coffee and wine bar station.
• Support team members across retail, photography, and Beverage service as needed.
