Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a customer service position.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and computers.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide information about the winery to guests and over the phone.
• Respond to inbound calls and emails; make outbound calls for inquiries.
• Assist in planning and coordinating club events and tastings.
• Sell wine and merchandise to wine club members to drive revenue.
• Conduct winery tours, tastings, and events for wine club members.
• Operate POS registers to process sales and tasting fees.
