Job summary

Ste. Michelle Wine Estates is seeking a part-time Wine Club Representative in Woodinville, WA to deliver exceptional customer experiences for Vintage Reserve Club Members and support tastings, club marketing, events, and planning.

The role is evenings and weekends oriented, with a focus on driving wine and merchandise sales, coordinating events, and handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits. Tipping eligible and POS proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years in a customer service position.
• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and provide accurate information about the winery to visiting guests and over the phone.
• Respond to inbound calls and emails and conduct outbound calls for general inquiries.
• Assist in planning and coordination of club and special events.
• Drive revenue by selling wine and merchandise to wine club members.
• Conduct winery tours, tastings, and events for wine club members.
• Operate POS/registers to sell wine, merchandise, wine club memberships and collect tasting fees as needed.
• Assist with fulfillment of wine club and eCommerce orders, including pulling, packing and processing orders for delivery or curbside pickup.

A Wine Club Representative job in Woodinville, WA is available at Chateau Ste. Michelle. This role provides exceptional customer service experiences for Vintage Reserve Club Members and helps support in relation to conducting tastings, club marketing, reporting, events, and strategic planning.

It is a part-time, hourly role that is eligible for tips. This role requires availability in the evenings and on weekends.

Wine Club Representative job responsibilities include:

• Greet and provide accurate information about the company/winery to visiting guests, as well as over the phone.


• Respond to inbound calls and emails and conduct outbound calls related to general customer inquiries.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.


• Stand, walk for extended periods of time.

Position Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.


• Class 12 MAST Permit and Food Handler's Permit required.


• Outstanding customer service skills and a minimum of two (2) or more years in a customer service position.


• Strong attention to detail, problem solving, written, and verbal communication skills.


• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment.


• Proficiency in Point of Sales (POS) systems and computer skills required.


• History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.

Your Compensation:

$19.45 - $25.27 per hour based upon relevant experience.
