Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based outside sales professional to support the Gallo portfolio across Concord, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, and Martinez. The role features a Monday–Friday schedule with early morning starts and a base pay of $26.50 per hour plus overtime opportunities, plus monthly car and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 0–1+ years related experience or 1–2+ years general experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; additional sales training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve customer objectives and targets by partnering with assigned retail locations.
• Grow portfolio of spirits brands through relationship-building and programs.
• Execute sales process including education and product positioning at stores.
• Implement pricing, promotions, and visual share within accounts.
• Influence store orders, ensure in-stock levels and mandate distribution.
• Lead local sell-in initiatives to increase displays and brand visibility.
• Occasional travel to retail locations and promotional events.
