Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based sales professional to support our Gallo portfolio in chain retail and off-premise accounts in South San Jose and Morgan Hill. The role offers a base pay of $26.50 per hour with opportunities for overtime, plus a monthly car and mileage reimbursement.

Primary duties include building partnerships with retail locations, executing programs to drive brand health, managing in-store promotions, and ensuring product visibility and stock.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 0–2 years experience.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve objectives by partnering with assigned retail locations to grow the spirits portfolio.
• Build strong partnerships, execute sales processes, and drive brand health.
• Execute the sales process including education and positioning of categories/brands.
• Implement programs to ensure pricing, promotion and stock visibility.
• Influence store-level orders to maintain full distribution and stock on shelves.
• Drive in-store displays through local sell-in initiatives.
• Occasional travel to retail locations and promotional events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
