Job summary

Cooper's Hawk Winery is seeking friendly servers who guide guests through our food, wine, and Wine Club, delivering warm, team-based service and memorable experiences.

As a server, you must be 21+, have at least six months of server experience, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced upscale casual setting. Compensation is $2.13/hour plus tips, with medical/dental/vision, 401k, PTO, and flexible schedules included.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age and six months of server experience.
• Experience in full service or upscale casual dining preferred.
• Comfort speaking about food, wine, and our Wine Club program.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and drinks with speed and care.
• Follow department checklists and SOPs for opening, mid-shift, or closing.
• Use POS system and handle payments with accuracy.
• Educate guests about Cooper’s Hawk Wine Club and its perks.
