Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar preferred.
• Strong communication and guest engagement skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stocked station with garnishes and tools ready for service.
• Know the food, drink, and wine menus; explain steps of service.
• Complete opening and mid-shift checklists for guest readiness.
• Educate guests about the Wine Club and invite them to join.
• Keep bar clean and organized; assist with retail and Wine Club tasks.
• Communicate with servers and kitchen to ensure accurate orders.
• Follow recipes and portion standards; close out shifts efficiently.
