Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
• Strong communication and guest engagement skills.
• Basic wine knowledge; willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand and walk up to 10 hours per shift.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take beverage orders with accuracy.
• Prepare and present cocktails and other beverages to guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar area throughout the shift.
• Educate guests about Cooper’s Hawk Wine Club and offerings.
• Assist with retail, events, and team tasks as needed.
