Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking store team members who deliver exceptional customer service and help maximize inventory. You will greet customers, build relationships, and inform them about products and services while supporting in-store and curbside pickup, and possibly delivery.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail, familiarity with POS and inventory software, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to engage customers.
• 1–3 years of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, process freight, stock merchandise and build displays.
• Greet customers, provide product knowledge, and upsell services.
• Support online orders, curbside pickup, and local deliveries if required.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
