Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant beverage management experience.
• Excellent Beverage knowledge – including beer, wine and spirits.
• Excellent understanding of beverage inventory and cost management.
• Strong communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a culture of Enlightened Hospitality across the team.
• Lead service staff to deliver unparalleled hospitality.
• Identify opportunities for Beverage to open doors to Hospitality.
• Guide teams to find the yes for guests while upholding brand integrity.
• Drive guest engagement through beverage and encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain accurate end-of-period reports, inventories, and forecasts.
