What You Will Be Doing:
Sales Support
- Engage with top opportunities or beachhead accounts, whether enterprise or commercial-based customers.
- Collaborate proactively with account teams throughout the sales cycle, providing expertise and acting as the 'go-to' technical resource.
- Coordinate with sales, presales, services leadership, partner managers, and account teams to prioritize high-value opportunities.
- Communicate and commit to internal technology and solutions roadmaps and NDAs to facilitate innovation discussions.
Solution Development and Presentation
- Work with account SC and partner SE to develop technical responses to RFPs, customer presentations, and solution designs.
- Provide technical expertise to support presales solutions, PoCs, and demonstrations.
- Represent technology domains to support business architecture and value demonstration.
- Contribute to competitive analysis, leveraging hands-on experience and knowledge of solutions.
- Recognize and articulate competitive advantages and positioning.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of competitive solutions and formulate responses to competitive claims.
- Identify when to collaborate or compete with other providers, and develop ROI knowledge for customer impact.
- Create and present customer-facing technical material, establishing yourself as a subject matter expert.
- Mentor team members, partners, and customer resources, sharing best practices.
Relationship Building
- Build trust and confidence with clients, internal teams, and partners.
- Engage with senior-level stakeholders.
- Strengthen relationships within the team and with customers and partners.
- Act as a trusted advisor, advising on design and technical solutions.
- Assist in scoping exercises and resource identification.
Personal and Organizational Development
- Advance expertise in your technical domain.
- Design and deliver demos, PoCs, and PoVs.
- Maintain and deepen knowledge of industry technologies, trends, and competitors.
- Exercise independent judgment to determine best practices.
- Develop a broad network of influencers and continuously improve skills.

- 10+ years of technical presales experience in the relevant technology industry.
- Strong relationship, leadership, communication, and technical skills.
- Deep technical consulting skills in your primary domain.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong negotiation skills and leadership in technology specialization.
