Job description

Join to apply for the Dealer Sales & Process Consultant role at Shift Digital.

This position offers a base pay range of $95,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr, depending on skills and experience. Your actual pay will be discussed with your recruiter.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Supporting dealerships’ sales processes through digital marketing strategies such as SEO/SEM, Website User Experience, Digital Retailing, CRM Configuration & Reporting, Business Model Optimization, and Lead Response Handling.
  2. Engaging with dealership management, BDC directors, internet managers, and marketing managers.
  3. Creating presentations, consultation recaps, and support materials to improve dealer sales processes.
  4. Training personnel on reporting tools and analyzing dealership sales landscapes to advise on strategies and tactics.
  5. Driving adoption of existing technologies and supporting regional meetings and seminars.
  6. Traveling extensively within the region as required.
Qualifications:
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to generate discovery, observation, and recommendations.
  • Experience in selling cars, familiarity with CRM principles, and motivational skills are desirable.
  • Experience with vendor relations, SaaS solutions, and process/business model insights is a plus.
