Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• Experience administering and operating Active Directory Windows networks and related services.
• Ability to script, automate, and build monitoring/alerting for Windows services.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Windows infrastructure services across ADC environments: AD, DFS, DHCP, DNS, ECM, and Group Policy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the Windows infrastructure stack; provide escalation support for Tier 1/2 teams.
• Migrate manual operational processes to code-defined, repeatable automation.
• Define and monitor service health metrics; build and maintain alarming for proactive response.
• Ensure services meet security compliance and hardening in partnership with Security Compliance team.
• Create and maintain runbooks, architecture diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotation for service-impacting events.
