Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Systems Engineer to design, optimize, and secure the firm’s core enterprise infrastructure. You will install, tune, and monitor Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and cloud-hybrid subsystems.

The role requires hands-on work with Hyper-V/VMware ESXi, Office 365, and Azure, with occasional after-hours support and up to 25% travel. A bachelor’s degree in CS/IS is preferred, HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of hands-on experience administering large-scale server environments (50+ endpoints).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (System Center) and EMS or Active Directory preferred.
• Experience leading projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and maintains servers and storage systems.
• Troubleshoots system issues and coordinates upgrades.
• Manages Active Directory and related services.
• Assists with technology strategy and acts as a technical resource for PMO.
