Job summary

BDO USA in Grand Rapids is seeking a Systems Engineer to maintain and secure the firm’s core enterprise infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud-hybrid subsystems.

You will drive installation, performance tuning, management, and monitoring while collaborating with cross-functional teams, PMO, and stakeholders to ensure reliable operations and security. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing large-scale Windows server environments (50+ endpoints)
• Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Endpoint Manager is a plus
• Familiarity with on-prem SAN/NAS and VM storage

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain Windows Server environments and AD
• Tune performance and secure core infrastructure
• Lead or assist with technology strategy
• Provide documentation and project leadership
