Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Systems Engineer to design, optimize, and secure our core enterprise infrastructure. The role focuses on Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and cloud-hybrid subsystems, with hands-on responsibility for installation, tuning, and monitoring.

You will monitor and manage servers and storage, lead technical initiatives, and provide solid documentation. Travel up to 25% may be required, with after-hours work as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience administering and managing large-scale server environments (50+ endpoints).
• Knowledge of Active Directory and modern Microsoft enterprise services.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex server and storage environments.
• Strong documentation and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain servers and storage; perform upgrades.
• Manage Active Directory and related services; assist with strategy.
• Lead projects and coordinate with PMO on technology initiatives.
• Maintain system documentation and handle after-hours work as needed.
