Job summary

Computer World Services is seeking a skilled Exchange Administrator to support a hybrid on-prem and cloud environment in a 24/7/365 mission. You will manage mail flow, mailbox provisioning, licensing, and compliance using EAC, Entra Identity, and Defender tools.

The role requires strong PowerShell skills, AD/AAD expertise, and a valid Active Secret Clearance. Collaboration with Tier II/III teams and光focus on disaster recovery and support readiness.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on with on-prem and cloud mail systems and SMTP.
• Experience with AD/AAD, EAC, Entra, and PowerShell scripting.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex Exchange Server and cloud mailbox issues.
• Active Secret Clearance required; 24/7/365 coverage.

Responsibilities

• Manage mail flow, disaster recovery, and compliance settings.
• Administer Exchange in hybrid on-prem/cloud environment.
• Collaborate with Tier II/III teams to resolve incidents.
• Shadow junior staff to advance Exchange/Office 365 knowledge.
