Responsibilities

• Provides technical support for DLA Enterprise Microsoft Windows Server environments, including hardware, software, and networking.
• Isolates and resolves complex hardware/software/communications problems.
• Collaborates with management, customers, IS, and staff to ensure compatibility before export/asset deployment.
• Mentors junior technicians and coordinates with vendors/contractors on feasibility and effectiveness of server requirements.
