Responsibilities

• Provides technical support services for DLA Enterprise Microsoft Windows Server environments (hardware, software, networking).
• Isolates, identifies, analyzes, and resolves complex hardware/software/communications problems.
• Coordinates software release and export procedures to ensure network compatibility prior to export.
• Mentors colleagues and provides cross-training to less experienced technicians.
• Liaises with DLA, PFLAs, vendors, and contractors to determine feasibility and effectiveness of Windows Server requirements.
