Qualifications

• One year of specialized IT experience at GS-12 level or equivalent.
• Configures, deploys, tests and repairs hardware for end-user devices.
• Maintains on-site support for RFID, wireless, and ECS.
• Evaluates hardware and peripherals for the end-user computing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized IT support for end-user computing and desktop devices.
• Troubleshoot and support VIP and DLA Senior Leadership.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email and messaging tools.
• Maintain knowledge of customer needs related to ServiceNow, VDI, and Cloud/M365 services.
• Support classified systems and users.
• Mobile device configuration/troubleshooting support.
