Job summary
Epic is seeking a Windows Server Engineer to design, deploy, and operate our application delivery platforms. You will join the Application Delivery workgroup and build secure, scalable Windows-based infrastructure powering Epic training environments, hosted client systems, and critical testing platforms used worldwide.
Based on our Madison campus, this role blends hands-on infrastructure engineering with automation and security hardening, requiring cross-team collaboration to support a growing
Qualifications
- Relocation to Madison, WI area reimbursed.
- Experience deploying Windows Server-based application infrastructure.
- Experience with web hosting (IIS) and remote platforms (Citrix).
- Proficiency with scripting or programming; PowerShell a plus.
- Exposure to CI/CD deployment processes.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent customer service.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- COVID-19 vaccination required.

- Design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms for Epic staff, customers and training programs.
- Build and maintain secure, scalable Windows-based infrastructure powering training environments and hosted client systems.
