Job summary
Epic is seeking a Windows Server Engineer to design, deploy, and operate secure, scalable infrastructure powering training environments, hosted client systems, and testing platforms worldwide.
The role merges hands-on infrastructure work with automation, security hardening, and cross-team collaboration within the Application Delivery group, with relocation support provided to the Madison area.
Qualifications
- Relocation to Madison, WI area reimbursed.
- Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server-based application infrastructure.
- Experience with web application hosting (IIS) and remote application platforms (Citrix).
- Proficiency with scripting or programming; PowerShell experience is a plus.
- Exposure to CI/CD deployment processes.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent customer service.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- COVID-19 vaccination.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and operate Windows-based application delivery platforms for Epic internal staff, customers, and global training programs.
- Be part of the Application Delivery workgroup, building and maintaining secure, scalable infrastructure for training environments, hosted client systems, and testing platforms.
- Blend hands-on infrastructure engineering with automation and security hardening while collaborating across teams.
