Job summary

Epic is seeking a Windows Server Engineer on our Madison campus to design, deploy, and operate Windows-based application delivery platforms that support Epic staff, customers, and global training programs. This role blends hands-on infrastructure engineering with automation, security hardening, and cross-team collaboration to support a growing set of services.

Relocation to the Madison area is required and reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server-based application infrastructure.
• Experience with web hosting (IIS) and remote app platforms (Citrix).
• PowerShell scripting or programming proficiency; PowerShell a plus.
• Exposure to CI/CD deployment processes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service mindset.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination.
